This beautiful butterfly diurnal comes from Madagascar. It is endemic to this island and its caterpillar, yellow with long black hairs, is toxic.
Because it feeds only on a family of lianas whose sap is toxic.
This butterfly has incredible metallic colors and many "tails" lighter.
It migrates from the original forests of the West Island to those of the East of the island (about 600km).
